Essential Sky? Where could that name have come from? Well, it all started with a bag lunch, a refrigerator, and some magnetic poetry. I had just started to sell my stained glass panels, and I needed a name for my fledgeling business. One day at work, I was putting my lunch in the refrigerator in the lounge, and the two magnetic poetry words "essential" and "sky" stuck to the white door popped out at me. It sounded so perfect; Essential Sky was born. After all, as Sandra Cisneros wrote in House on Mango Street, "You can never have too much sky"!
